Engineering the future of flight

LAT is building three things: aircraft, propulsion, and defence. To do that, we need the best people in the world to help us create what's never been built before. One of the most underrated but essential traits for invention is imagination - the ability to dream up something new and make it real. The world often lacks imagination, but at LAT, it's the fuel we run on.

Aircraft

Our aircraft team is leading the development of our autonomous 8 seater hybrid-electric aircraft, spanning design, prototyping, systems integration, testing, and everything in between.

Gas Turbine Engine (GTE)

Our GTE team is focused on building world-class gas turbine engines. We're especially looking for folks with experience in turbines, rotors, control systems, or anything close.

Defence

Our Defence team is building systems for India from the ground up. We're looking for folks who've shipped systems that perceive, decide, and act in the real world.
